About Our Practice
We are a group of Board Certified General and Vascular surgeons who strive to provide evidence based advanced surgical care to our patients that is state of the art and cutting edge. Our surgeons are compassionate, caring individuals whose goal is to create a relationship with our patients based on communication, trust and mutual respect. Our belief is that a well educated, committed patient is a satisfied patient.
General Surgery encompasses comprehensive care on many parts of the body, including “lumps and bumps”, breast, stomach, esophagus, small and large intestine, the liver, pancreas and spleen, thyroid and parathyroid glands, and all types of hernias.
Vascular Surgery typically refers to surgery on the blood vessels throughout the body.
The surgeons at Agave Surgical Associates practice the entire spectrum of General Surgery and General Vascular Surgery while at the same time fulfilling an obligation to teach the science and art of medicine to tomorrow’s healers. As such, our surgeons regularly teach both residents in surgery and medical students interested in surgery from The University of Arizona, and are committed to a lifetime of learning.
